This on-line Library is created for IOV members to share their publications on their organization, studies, events and activities, such as periodicals, books, video tape, CD, DVD, etc. Come and find out the valuable information and materials created by our members and colleagues to exchange and to enrich our cultural work mutually.

Only IOV registered Active Members may Post Your Publication here.  First sign in the Member's Username and Password on the homepage to get access to 'Post Your Publication', then fill out the form with all the information required.

For the purpose of IOV Library collection and verification of the publications, please send one original copy of your publication by registered mail to the address of IOV Webmaster.  Once the publication is received and verified, the information will be posted on line by the Webmaster.
