To become a member of the IOV, the applicant must complete the application procedures for Membership. Steps to submission are as follows :
1. Fill out the Application Form and submit the application to the National Section if there is one.
The National Section recommends this applicant to the Executive Secretary of the region.
The Executive Secretary of the region recommends the applicant to the Secretary General for
acceptance.
2. In the absence of a National Section, the application should be sent directly to the Executive
Secretary of the region.
3. In the case of an application under question an applicant may apply directly to the Secretary
General. After approval and payment of the membership fee, you will become an active
Member of IOV.
As a Member of IOV, you are entitled to :
1. Receive the IOV e-News periodically;
2. Post and promote your cultural events and publications on the IOV Worldwide Website;
3. Attend IOV events, meetings and conferences;
4. Nominate and vote on the IOV administration body;
