If you are interested in joing IOV worldwide network, you may first join IOV as a Subscriber by filling out the following Subscription Form, free of charge. Once approved by the Webmaster, you will receive a notice automatically from the system.  As a Subscriber, you will be able to receive the IOV e-News irregularly to keep you informed about news and activities of IOV. To further become a Member of IOV, you need to complete the official application procedures.

If you are already a Member of IOV, you need to fill out the following Subscription Form too in order to build your data into the system, and to validate your rights to post your information on the Website. Please keep your username and password on hands, which are required to get the access to the member's right to "Post Your Event" and "Post Your Publication" on the website.
